fundraising, you are responsible for moving the ball down the field.
Most of the time, though, you are on the receiving end of passes from
your board, staff, donors, volunteers, and co-workers. Wouldn't it be
nice if you got to throw it once in awhile?
As your coach, I'll work with you to:
Set goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics.
Check in so you stay on track when things get hectic.
Incorporate professional development into your schedule.
Develop plans for coping with challenging people or projects.
Design an office and staffing plan that will set you up for success.
